The Brilliante Weblog Premio 2008 Award!

And I won it TWICE...WOW! I am so very honored. Thank you very much to Linsey of Outside the Lines and Lorelie of My Paper Adventures for bestowing this honor upon little ol' me and my humble blog! Hopefully, I'll be back to some regular posting (and creating!) soon so I can feel at least a little deserving of this award! It has just been such a crazy, scattered summer and my mind just has not been able to focus on anything crafty. I am really looking forward to the peace and serenity that Fall brings, be it because the kids are in school, the cool, crisp air that always seems to provide me with a second wind, or just the general "winding down" of nature as it closes up shop for the coming winter months. I'm sure it's a combination of all three, but whatever the reason, the Fall season just brings out the crafter in me!

But back to the award...I am obligated to spell out some recipient rules, so here goes: By accepting this Brillante Weblog Premio 2008 honor, the awardee has to award it to seven more people whose blogs she finds Brilliante Award worthy (it can be given to as many people as she wants but please award at least seven). Yeah, I cheated a little...Numbers 6 and 7 are the same person! But I am so pleased to have discovered Alex's work (thanks to the SCS Bloggers' Club), and they ARE two different sites afterall!

So when you get some time, and especially if you're in the midst of a creative block, I HIGHLY suggest you visit these girls. Their work will absolutely bowl you over and get your paper-crafting juices flowing again. As the award implies...BRILLIANCE!
